Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 August 2026
EveryCalculator is free to use, needs no account, and is funded by advertising. These terms set out what you can expect from the service and what we ask of you in return.
1. Acceptance and scope
By using this website or any of its language subdomains, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Disclaimer, which form part of the agreement.
2. What the service is
We provide calculation tools together with written explanations of the methods behind them. The tools are informational and educational. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, and no relationship of adviser and client is created by using them.
Each calculator states the formula it applies and the convention it follows where more than one exists. Results depend on the values you supply, and on those documented assumptions. You are responsible for checking that both are appropriate to your situation before acting on a result.
3. No account, no fee
The service requires no registration and costs nothing to use. We do not offer paid tiers and we do not take payment from users. Because there is no contract for a paid service, there is no subscription to cancel and no refund process.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the calculators freely for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Run automated requests at a rate that degrades performance for other users. Reasonable, well-behaved crawling that respects robots.txt is welcome.
- Republish substantial portions of the written explanations as your own work, or scrape them at scale for redistribution.
- Use the site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content through the contact form.
- Remove, obscure, or interfere with advertising, given that it funds the service.
5. Intellectual property
The written explanations, page structure, and site design are our copyright. Mathematical formulas, physical constants, and factual conversion factors are not capable of copyright protection and you are free to use them. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link.
Bootstrap and Bootstrap Icons are used under the MIT licence and remain the property of their respective authors.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any calculator without notice, including where a method is superseded or found to be misleading. Content is revised as standards change; the review date on each page indicates when it was last checked.
7. Third-party links and advertising
Pages cite external sources and display advertising served by Google. We do not control the content of external sites or of advertisements, and a link or an ad is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are between you and them.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its results.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where you deal as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance. If a change is material, we will make it evident on the site rather than rely on the date alone.
10. Severability and governing law
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
